1、 Production mold No

1. The mould number must be processed by a milling machine above the outer end face of the blank (square iron), with the character height of 40mm and the depth of 0.5mm, and the font is isometric.

2. The mould number shall be printed on each formwork with the same direction.

3. All screws, lifting ring holes and mold parts of the mold must be metric specifications, and the accessories for processing the mold must be standard specifications. It is forbidden to make them by yourself.

2、 Pry mold position

1. Each set of mould is milled out of pry mould position on four corners of B plate (moving mould) for fit mould and repair mould.

3、 Code mold pit

1. All non-i-shaped die blanks need to be milled out of the die groove at the front and rear die, and the specific size depends on the die design size.

4、 Die screw hole

1. Each set of dies shall be provided with a die hole on the bottom plate of the moving die and the fixed die panel.

2. The hole spacing size shall be determined according to the injection machine

5、 Top stick hole

1. The bottom of the moving die shall be provided with a large enough top stick hole with a diameter of Φ 25-40mm

2. Small mould only needs to open one top stick hole, medium mould must open more than three top stick holes, large mould needs to open five holes

3. The diameter and position of the top stick shall be based on the actual size (design size) of the injection machine

6、 Locating ring

1. Each set of mould must be equipped with locating ring (i.e. locating flange) to facilitate mould installation and positioning,

2. The size of the locating ring shall be determined according to the hole diameter of the wall plate of the injection machine,

3. The diameter tolerance of the locating ring is 0.2-0.4mm, and the height of the protruding die panel is 8-10 mm,

4. The standard size of locating ring (flange) of mould and machine plate is 100mm-0.20 ^ - 0.40mm,

7、 Reset device first

1. When the ejector sleeve is related to the row ejector, the mould must be equipped with a pre reset device, which does not rely on the spring to reset the ejector plate, so as to avoid the failure of the spring in the future, and the row (core pulling) collides with the ejector sleeve.

2. A travel switch must be installed between the thimble plate and the moving template to ensure that the reset device is effective before the mold can be powered on and closed.

8、 Thimble plate guide post guide sleeve

1. The length of the thimble plate is 12 or more, or the layout of the die is deviated

2. More small thimbles with diameter less than 2mm

3. More than 10 drillers are equipped,

4. In all three cases, four guide pillars and guide sleeves must be added to the ejector plate to ensure that the ejector pin can smoothly and evenly eject the rubber part.

9、 Thimble plate spring bow

1. All molds must be equipped with four reset slingshots on the upper thimble plate to help the thimble retract evenly,

2. The blue slingshot for plastic mold is used, and both ends of the reset slingshot are ground flat,

3. The reset slingshot cannot be compressed more than 40% of the free length. Four ejection limit pins should be made on the ejector pin panel when the rubber part is effectively ejected

4. In order to fix the reset slingshot, both ends must be provided with fixed counterbores. It is forbidden to grind the plane at one end of the counterbore.

10、 Automatic dehydration unit

1. The fine nozzle mold (three plate mold) must be equipped with pull rod, pull bar or return pin to ensure that the nozzle plate and a plate will automatically fall off when they move to the nozzle.

2. The thickness of the material used for the strip is 10 mm or more,

3. The diameter of the brace screw shall not be less than 8-14mm,

4. 4 nylon nails (nylon puller) are installed on the surface of B plate (moving formwork), which is safe, reliable, economical and practical.

11、 Thimble action

1. It shall be ensured that the beer parts can be ejected reliably in any case, and the reset is not related to other mold parts before closing the mold,

2. When the beer is ejected, it can't deform, and the phenomenon of white top and sticking can be ejected quickly, and the trace of thimble doesn't affect the appearance quality of the beer.

3. Ejecting shall be balanced and smooth, and there shall be no inclination of thimble plate, and there shall be no noise during ejecting

4. After ejection, the ejector pin shall retract automatically (except for special mold).

12、 Row action

1. The sliding block (running position) shall be smooth to ensure that the shape parts do not move in the same way, and there shall be no dead action, unevenness, looseness, etc;

2. The guide surface of the large sliding block shall be provided with an oil groove;

3. The large slide block must have a cooling channel;

4. Hve6 shall be used for the cooperation of sliding block and sliding seat, which shall not be too loose;

5. When the sliding stroke length of the slider is too long, the guide must be increased on the die base. Generally, the length of the sliding part should be about 1.5 times of the width. When pulling the core, the matching part of the slider in the guide groove should have 2 / 3 of the sliding part of the slider in the guide groove;

6. A clearance of more than 0.2mm must be left between the inclined guide post hole and the inclined guide post, and it is forbidden to fit the same size;

7. The angle of the slope guide post is 2 degrees less than the slope of the line position wedge surface. The wedge block of the large slider must extend into the lower die for 15-20 mm to interlock and counter press with a 10 degree slope.

8. For the cavity of the circular slider combination, the angle of the longitudinal and the wedge surface of the wedge slider and the angle of the inclined column differ by 2 degrees respectively. It is forbidden to use the same degree. The final positioning of the slider above the mold must be pushed or pulled by the catapult, and the wave ball cannot be used in the form, so as to avoid the slider from hitting the wedge block and the inclined guide pillar when closing the mold.

9. Wear plate must be installed on the friction surface of all rows, with the length ≥ 30mm and width ≥ 50mm. The fine line position and line position pressing plate shall be hardened for more than 52 degrees, and the large line position shall be nitrided or hardened according to the requirements before mold opening.

13、 Die hole

1. The upper and lower parts of the A and B plates of the small moulds are provided with lifting mould screw holes;

2. All templates of large-scale mold are provided with hanging die screw holes, or both sides are required.
